The Only Constant is Change
If I had to choose a popular quote or catch-phrase as the slogan for my life, it is most definitely, “The only constant is change.”
This doesn’t only relate to my life, but also to the world, cosmos, Universe and beyond. Everything is in constant flux and flow, or as it’s more formally known, evolution.
People of my generation were taught that evolution is a long, slow process. That it takes millions of years and certainly doesn’t happen overnight. Over the last seven years, however, the rate of observable change in my life, my body, my mind, my environment, my family, and the world at large has escalated and intensified. And I am observing the same process across time and space for other people, other animals, other Beings, and other energies.
The associated cycle of initiation, processing, releasing, integration, and implementation of change - whether cellular, mental, behavioural, environmental, Universal etc - no longer takes years to unfold. Change, its impact, and its manifestation, are now instant. We’re no longer ‘keeping up with the Jones’s’, we are the Jones’s, the leading edge, the New Evolutionary Outcome.
For years the messaging from the Guides, Spirit, or wherever messages come from, has been that the Old Ways are no longer aligned. The old thoughts, the old behaviours, the old ways of communicating, the old structures - societal, personal, cellular, quantum, etc - across all existence, are no longer functioning as they once did and are in decay and deconstruction. They are redundant.
The lived experience of adapting to this new change, that is instant and doesn’t respond well to the old ways of advanced planning and controlling outcomes, is often an unconscious sense of insecurity and instability that manifests through thoughts, words, actions (including mood swings and erratic or risky behaviour).
The good news is, the density of 3D existence has energetically been released years ago.
It doesn’t ‘look’ like it though, does it? When you look in the external, at the social structures our lives are enmeshed in, and the events of the world at large, it doesn’t look like unconditional love and peace and Beingness, does it? It doesn’t look like a ‘higher dimension’ touted by the mainstream spiritual community for at least a decade now. It doesn’t look harmony and flow.
Why?
Your answer to that question will be unique to you.
During a recent conversation, my Guides presented these questions to ponder in relation to the disparity between the promises of the Mainstream spiritual messaging and the perceived reality -
“God gave you Free Will, so why do you waste it on Group Think and Herd Mentality? Where is your Original thought and creation?”
Unpack that as you wish.

You are FREE to live, express, emanate, and manifest peace, love and harmony, moving beyond 3D and so much more, through your own thoughts, words and actions, any time, any where, any how, that you want.
